JOSEPH P. HAASE
Joseph P. Haase focuses his practice on helping clients navigate the construction and renewable energy sectors, primarily focusing on litigation of construction contracts. Before joining Droel, PLLC, Joe served as a law clerk in Ramsey County, giving him an insider’s perspective on legal writing and courtroom presence. Clerking in a fast-paced district court honed Mr. Haase’s ability to know the difference between what is immediate and what is important, allowing Mr. Haase to intensely advocate for his clients at every step without losing sight of the larger strategy. Whether depositions, motion practice, or trial, Mr. Haase can cut through the noise to make sure his clients’ concerns are front and center.
Mr. Haase’s prior experience including representing individuals and businesses in matters involving contract issues, noncompete agreements, mechanic’s lien foreclosures, business torts, and a wide variety of other construction claims.
