Attorney at Law

Elaine E. Luthens focuses her practice on assisting clients with sophisticated financial transactions. Ms. Luthens also represents clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings should disputes arise. Ms. Luthens provides legal advice to businesses in the construction and renewable energy industries, including negotiating and preparing term sheets, agreements, and structured project financing. After graduating from the University of Iowa College of Law, Ms. Luthens served as a law clerk to four district court judges at the Polk County Courthouse in Des Moines, Iowa. Ms. Luthens then served as a law clerk to the Honorable Susan N. Burke at the Hennepin County Courthouse in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
